i stayed for a few nights and found the location to be quite convenient the roma street train station was a comfortable walk away. the spring hill free loop bus stops right in front of the hotel which was a definite plus. my standard queen room was very clean and well appointed it included great linens and sufficient supplies.
the soundproofing was not great i could hear conversations from neighboring rooms but it was not a major issue

the hotel is near several restaurants a persian restaurant was recommended to me and it was a great find. there's also a nice coffee place just down the road which i visited a couple of times .

my standard queen room included a small refrigerator and an electric kettle for making tea or coffee the room was very clean and had good quality linens. the bed was comfortable and i had ample space for my belongings .

the hotel offers laundry facilities for a fee there are washing machines and dryers available at ten aud per use. i also noticed a park right next door offering a peaceful spot for a walk or some relaxation.

The staff were really friendly and very helpful. They gave great recommendations for local attractions. I also received a map of the area at check-in, useful. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well each night. The shower had great pressure. It was just what I needed after a long day.
The car park was a bit small, steep, and difficult to maneuver. I almost scratched the rental car.

Although the hotel lacks a restaurant, there are two establishments within a short walk. Both places offer excellent breakfasts plus quality coffee that is worth checking out.
